In response to the outbreak of COVID-19, The International Severe Acute Respiratory and emerging Infection Consortium (ISARIC) has developed a portfolio of clinical research resources to accelerate outbreak research and response. All resources are designed to address the most critical public health questions, have undergone extensive review by international clinical experts and are free to use.
You can access ISARIC's portfolio of resources here. Individual resources are highlighted below.

'For rapid, secure recording of high-quality data'
This is an electronic data capture system and repository that standardises and secures global data on COVID-19. All systems are free to use and supported by data management specialists at the University of Oxford.
COVID-19 Case Record Forms (CRF)
For the collection of standardised clinical data to inform the public health response. Should be used to collect data on suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19.

ISARIC 4C (Coronavirus Clinical Characterisation Consortium) - UK
The ISARIC Coronavirus Clinical Characterisation Consortium is a UK-based group of doctors and scientists committed to answering urgent questions and COVID-19 quickly and openly. The ISARIC 4C team have been collecting data since the first case in the UK, and the UK protocol can be found using the link above. If you are based outside of the UK, you can use the globally standardised protocol available here.

ISARIC/ALERRT Clinical Characterisation Protocol (CCP) Observational Study - Malawi
In an effort to contribute to the global research efforts into COVID-19, a team based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Blantyre, Malawi are participating in the ISARIC/ALERRT Clinical Characterisation Protocol (CCP) observational study. The team in Malawi have recognised the importance of resource sharing and generously provided a framework through which the CCP can be implemented easily and effectively. The Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and documentation they have developed using the CCP can be accessed here.
