About: Silas Kipkenei is a Community Engangement expert over 5 years’ experience in implementing field research and development activities in non-Profit organizations. Currently, Silas is implementing USAID 4Better Health project at Anglican Develpment services Central Rift foundation, Nakuru, Kenya which seeks to enhance sustainable livelihood, among household affected and infected with HIV and AIDS, environmental conseravtion and COVID 19 Vaccine uptake acceleation as well creating community senstization. With a diverse staff and a very dynamic environment, Silas led data collection, data cleaning and analysis inline of duties that was aimed at understanding the vulnerabilities of project beneficiaries’. Here, Silas successfully conducted focus group discussions and key informant interviews among community stakeholders and utilized the ubiquitous nature of technology to analyze and complement development outcomes and share the finding with groups with high interest with the project activities. Mr. Silas is a Bachelor’s degree holder in Population health and leadership management certificate from Kenyatta University. Silas has a passion in research field and to advance the career.
